很遺憾, 近來發現某些與我們素不相識的公司網站未經授權, 圖文並茂地轉載羹子筷資料利用以發布其商業信息, 必須在此聲明, 我們目前並沒有委託任何個人或私營商業機構為羹子筷項目作任形式的產品銷售推廣或招商業務, 該等行為實屬不當, 對我們的品牌造成負面影響及損害. 如果情況持續, 將交由相關執法機關進行處理.

此外, 得到我們的商業伙伴通知, 有某中國廠家仿造羹子筷產品并公然陳列於中國進出口商品交易展覽會, 其仿造品質十分粗劣. 我們重申, 曉同德控股是專營羹子筷項目的唯一合法機構, 任何侵權行為將遭致嚴重後果.

STATEMENT

It has come to our attention that certain websites have published unauthorized illustrations and data of our items as their business information. H&D Holdings has not commissioned any individual or private business to represent it for sales, promotion or financing for the Chopspoons project. Such unauthorized use of our brand is certainly inappropriate and may damage the image of our product. If the situation continues we will hand the matter over to our legal representatives.

In addition, our business partner has notified us that there have been cheap quality copies of Chopspoons displayed at a trade fair in China. We must reiterate that H & D Holdings is the holder of the immaterial design and patent rights of this item and any counterfeit production will be dealt with stringently.
