The Old Stone Age human did not use any dining utensils,
and would hardly have a concept of dining or cooking.
Eating would be casual but necessary act of survival,
just as for other primates.

At the dawn of historic age Chinese people already
developed a set of fork and knife.
For several thousands of years people continued to use
the ancient fork for dining, though the use of cutlery was not
widespread and was discontinued in some areas.
The ancient bone fork found in South-western
Qinghai Majia kiln may date back 5000 years ...
In ancient China chopsticks were developed after porcelain
cutlery initially to be used as additional tool together with spoon.
Later people adopted it for use asthe main dining utensil,
but while Chinese eating culture developed the simple
design of chopsticks remained unchanged until today.
With the rapid phase of life and changing tastes nowadays,
what will become the ideal dining utensil for our Millennium?
